Christine Mähler: Studies in Psychology; director of ConAct in Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Expert on Israel and extracurricular youth encounters.

Anne Thiemann: Studies in Social Work; Master of Social Work on “Social Work as a Human Rights Profession”. Youth educator on the topic of gender and sexual identity, and researcher at the German Institute for Human Rights on the project “Human rights education with children and adolescents”.

Avi Blumenfeld: Study of history and political science at the Ludwig Maximilian university in Munich (LMU). Chairman of the historical committee of the Claims Conference and research assistant at the Joseph Carlebach Institute (JCI). New member of the EUROPEANS FOR PEACE Jury.

Prof. Dr. Doron Kiesel: Lecturer at the College of Higher Education in Erfurt, specialization in the theory of social work/social pedagogy with specific focus on intercultural aspects of social work. New member of the EUROPEANS FOR PEACE Jury.

Darius Polok: Slavic studies, philosophy and German philology; former lecturer of the Robert Bosch Foundation in Bydgoszcz (Poland) and speaker at the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation in Potsdam. Director/Manager of the MitOst e.V. and Head of the program “Cultural Manager from Central and Eastern Europe”. New member of the EUROPEANS FOR PEACE Jury.

Dr. Axel Doßmann: Historian, scientific assistant at the chair in “history in media and public”, Institute for history at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena. In addition freelance journalist and author at EUSTORY amongst others. Member of the EUROPEANS FOR PEACE Jury 2009 and 2012.

Gemma Pörzgen: Freelance journalist, academic studies in politics, Slavic studies and Eastern European history, correspondent for Southeast Europe in Belgrade, correspondent for the Middle East in Israel, media counsel for “Uzbekistan Press Freedom Group”, “Grenzgänger”-scholarship holder of the Robert-Bosch-Foundation with a book project.
